Cancellation and Refund

1. Introduction
At dgtal.tech, operated by Ajinkya Gunjal, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our offerings. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which purchases may be cancelled and refunds may be processed.
2. Cancellations
2.1. Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel your purchase before you've received access to the course content, please contact us immediately. We will process the cancellation and you will receive a full refund.
2.2. After Delivery: Once you've received access to the course content, cancellations will be treated as refund requests and will follow the terms outlined in the refund section below.
3. Refunds
3.1. Non-refundable Products: Due to the nature of digital course, digital products, once an order is completed and the product is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is immediately sent automatically within 5 minutes after successful payment. Our systems runs on automation and capable to deliver product immediately on your registered order details only on successful payment so no need to worry about product delivery and you will get your product with 100% satisfaction irrespective of your order date, day or time i.e. even weekly off like Saturday/Sunday, Government Holidays, Bank Holidays, Day Time or Night Time etc.  Digital products are not tangible items like physical goods that can be returned. Once downloaded, they become part of your digital library.
3.2. Exceptions :   
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us at support@dgtal.tech within the specified timeframe:
** Payment Gateway Transaction Failure : You will be eligible to received 100% full refund in case of payment gateway transaction failure i.e. payment is deducted from your account but not received by us. We are using India's top payment gateways approved by Reserve Bank of India  like Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo, Phonepe with nearly 100% success rate which are highly secured and encrypted. Please wait for 4-5 working days and your full refund will be credited back to your bank account automatically by secured and trusted our payment gateways. 
**  Product not received: If our technical support team not able to resolve the product access issue and you do not receive or use your download within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund. 
** Download, Access or unzipping issues: If you experience problems downloading or unzipping your product, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to assist you and may offer a replacement or alternative solution. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us at support@dgtal.tech within the specified timeframe:    

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact our customer support at support@dgtal.tech with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
3.3. Refund Processing Time: Once the refund has been approved, it may take up to 5-7 days to process and appear in your account. This duration may vary based on payment methods and banks involved.
3.4. Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline any such requests if the 7-day period has lapsed.
3.5. Partial Refunds: In rare circumstances, such as if part of a course bundle is accessed or if
there are technical issues from our side, we may offer a partial refund.
3.6 : Refund will be issued to transaction originator bank accounts only i.e UPI or Bank Account Number details used during purchase. We will not entertain any request to transfer refund to on bank details manually shared with us. 
3.7 : Refund will be issued with digital transaction only and not in hard cash mode or bank cheques etc. 
3.8 : If we found suspicious request i.e. mismatch between bank details name and user full name registered during the purchase then we have right to reject the refund request or request your additional KYC documents to verify your identity and analyse the refund request is authentic, genuine or not.   

Order Cancellation:
Currently, we do not offer order cancellations once the order is placed. However, if you have not received your product within 14 days, please contact us at support@dgtal.tech for assistance

4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1. In case dgtal.tech has to cancel a course offering or if there's a significant issue or misrepresentation in the course content, users will be notified, and a full or partial refund will be processed accordingly.
4.2. If there are technical issues preventing access to the course and we're unable to resolve them in a reasonable timeframe, users may be eligible for a full refund.
5. Changes to this Policy
5.1. dgtal.tech reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at its discretion.
5.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and the date of the most recent revisions will appear at the top of this page.
